Gina Badenoch, soul photographer, consultant, and entrepreneur, is passionate to reduce inequality. 17 years ago, she decided to change the narrative around disability by teaching photography to blind people. She also works with leaders to create inclusive culture, communication, and marketing strategies to increase innovation and sustainability. Gina's work for the last 17 years has shifted people's perspectives, inviting them to see beyond labels, outsmarting their bias, and connecting with open hearts and minds.
